Learn how to connect to the present moment: your body, your breath, to this moment. Our bodies are sending us messages all the time, but most of us are too busy to listen. Connecting with the self provides a potent tool to reinstate your trust to heal and thrive.


When you stop looking at food through the lens of a diet and start seeing food as nourishment and a way to live harmoniously with ourselves, that is intuitive and effortless the health and well-being gains are immeasurable.

Restful Sleep 
Sleep and rest can often be in short supply in our busy menopausal lives. In Oriental medicine, sleep epitomizes harmonious living with the cycles of nature. Having sleep and rest practices in place will make sure that you're looking after yourself no matter what. Let's figure out which practices will best be suited to your needs.

What makes this program different?

This program is the culmination of my experience as a Certified Menopause coach, and Oriental Medicine practitioner. You would be hard-pressed to find a coaching program that addresses your needs specifically from all three angles: body, mind, and spirit. You could do three separate programs with three different coaches, each specializing in a different area, or you could work with me over the course of three or six months and experience the lasting change that you've been waiting for.

Do you guarantee results?

I guarantee that you will not finish this program the same person that you started it. I am excellent at helping my clients achieve their deepest, heart-centred goals in a relatively short amount of time. 

What is your professional background?

I am a Certified Third Age Womens Health Coach, Certified Mindfulness practitioner, Certified Medical Qigong and TCM Nutritional Therapist.  I also hold a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and a degree in Food and Nutrition. Before starting my business, I spent 30 years as a senior corporate leader driving behavioural change.

How do you accept payments?

All payments can be made via PayPal or Stripe using any major credit card. I also accept bank transfers via TransferWise.

Will this program be personalized for my needs?

As much as I love protocols, I guarantee that your entire 1:1 program will be customized to suit your individual needs. If there is something that you've been holding onto for a while that you want to give your full attention to, please let me know during the discovery call and I will confirm that it's in alignment with my areas of expertise.

Do you work with clients worldwide?

Yes! Absolutely. I've worked with clients from Sydney to Stockholm. If you don't see a convenient time to book in my calendar, you can send me an email at and I will personally look for an alternative.

Are all sessions conducted with Clarissa?

Yes, absolutely! When you sign up for a coaching series you are guaranteed time with Clarissa exclusively.

How long is each session?

Each session is 90 minutes in total. In the first ten minutes check in with how you're feeling, and set our intention for the session. The session is then devoted to exploring the topic of the day as I ask you powerful questions related to your experience so that you can make discoveries and come up with your own answers. We then set action steps that are related to your goals and the issues that we have just discussed. I follow up with a written action plan. 

How often do we meet?

We meet every two weeks for 90 minutes. You also have access to me between sessions via the Voxer Coaching app.

What happens when I click "APPLY NOW"?

You'll be redirected to my calendar to schedule a 60-minute discovery session. This is a complimentary session to see if coaching with me is the right fit for you. If we agree that THRIVE is the right decision, we'll proceed with future scheduling and payment.
